Day2 - My Crush
05/07/2010
It's a holiday today. I bookmarked some ebooks and wrote down new epigrams in my anthology I notebook. I'm finishing my homework now. I wouldn't want to fall back on my work again. I know I've said this many times before but this time, I swear it's serious. The O'levels are real and approaching. My gosh, everyone is talking about prelims and the upcoming Chinese 'O's. Expect the unexpected. Yet I'm still surprise. You're getting nearer each day. Time is running out. Would I ever lower my L1R5 enough to embrace you? This time it's serious and my dearest Raffles, this EOY results will define everything. My DSA success depends on it. Can I pull up my results to an A1?
I'll be visiting your campus this Saturday:D How I rejoice at meeting you! Do you recall, the times I drove past with my camera in hand, snap snap snapping photos for motivation? Those Tuesdays nights where I walked around that swimming pool where my friends had their swimming lessons? I yearn for you but I feel trepidation. The other students seem so intellectual...What am I compared to them? I don't know what to feel RI... but for you, I'll persevere! Can I even get in without HCL?
DSA is my only choice and my results and extra-curricular activities play a defining role in this. B, be consistent in your work. Note down Chinese phrases. Read on a wide range of subjects. Write more! Practise math sums, and more math sums. Read Bio essays, apply Physics into your daily life, continuously add on to your list of chemistry equations, read the newspapers, arrange your notes and write notes in advance. Listen in class and add on to your notes. Do your homework before anything else. Read your notes after doing your homework. Do that everyday! Read your notes before starting on other study-related revision. My future lies in my hands.
Watch out R, I'll see you in a year!
:)
